Rob Kaczmarek

Rob serves as the lead teaching pastor and elder at The Bridge. Some of his passions are teaching and encouraging others with the Word of God, understanding and living a life worthy of the gospel of Christ and His Kingdom, and engaging all kinds of people in honest conversation. Rob loves serving a fellowship that believes in doing life together—families, students, children—a people aware of their role in the Church worldwide with a heart for reaching the lost in their local community.

As well as preaching, Rob has studied many hours in biblical counseling. As a pastor, he believes we need to be able to help apply the Word in real ways to everyday life. These classes and experiences have greatly shaped the way Rob shepherds those he serves. That and the shared experiences of Rob and his wife Bethany on the mission field in Central Europe have instilled in them a passion to lead our church family to be on mission—wherever we are.

Rob has volunteered in the community as a wrestling Coach with Somerset High School and has enjoyed experiencing many of the awesome things living in Wisconsin offers! Bethany was an English Teacher at Somerset High School, volunteers where she can with the schools, works on staff with Realm Makers, a Christian Writing Conference, is a published author, and does some part-time professional editing. They have 5 children, Caleb, Kate, Aidan, Seth, and Greta. Rob and Bethany were married in 1998, and they have served in full time ministry since 2000.
